Premier League 2024

Luke Littler enjoyed a debut to remember in the 2024 Premier League, winning the tournament at the first attempt and becoming the youngest major champion in the history of the PDC. Aged just 17 during his maiden Premier League campaign, ‘The Nuke’ delighted darts fans in some of the largest indoor arenas across the UK and Europe, picking up four nightly titles to finish top of the table at the end of the league phase.

Littler created even more history in the end of season play-offs. After beating Michael Smith 10-5 in the semi-finals, the teenage star avenged his PDC World Darts Championship final defeat to Luke Humphries, seeing off ‘Cool Hand’ 11-7 and hitting a nine-dart finish on the way to clinching his first major title.

PDC World Darts Championship 2025

Luke Littler burst onto the scene at 16 years of age with a run to the final of the 2023/24 PDC World Darts Championship. On his debut in the biggest tournament in darts, ‘The Nuke’ lit up the Alexandra Palace with a series of standout performances to reach the showpiece final, where he faced Luke Humphries. Littler was beaten 7-4 in sets by Humphries in a thrilling contest that was watched by millions around the world.

A year later ‘The Nuke’ went one better as he defeated Michael van Gerwen 7-3 in the final of the 2024/25 PDC World Darts Championship. Littler averaged 102.73 in the decider against van Gerwen as he made even more history, becoming the youngest PDC world champion at just 17 years old.

World Matchplay 2026

Luke Littler produced one of the greatest major-winning campaigns in PDC history at the 2026 World Matchplay. The teenager posted an incredible tournament average of 111.04 - breaking Phil Taylor’s record of 106.31 which had stood at the Winter Gardens since 2010. Littler was in irrepressible form as he successfully defended the Phil Taylor Trophy and became the first player to break the £3 million mark on the world rankings.

‘The Nuke’ opened his second-round tie against Nathan Aspinall with a nine darter, his second perfect leg in as many years at the World Matchplay, before going on to beat Gerwyn Price 18-9 in the final. Littler also set a new record average in a World Matchplay final, averaging 111.51 against Price, and broke his own record for most 180s in a World Matchplay campaign with 66 maximums in just 107 legs.
