Design A Dart Competition – Voting Terms & Conditions

Voting is open to all individuals with a valid email address. You may only vote once per semi final . Any duplicate votes may be removed at the discretion of Darts Corner Ltd.

A valid email address is required to submit your vote. By submitting your email address, you consent to being added to the Darts Corner email newsletter and agree to Darts Corner Ltd using your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

The entry receiving the highest number of valid votes in each semi final will proceed to the grand final. The overall winner will have their dart design manufactured by Shot Darts , as close to the submitted specifications as commercially and technically possible, and sold exclusively on the Darts Corner website . The winner will be contacted via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 7 days , Darts Corner Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

By entering this competition, you grant Darts Corner Ltd full rights to use, adapt, reproduce, and market your submitted design across any and all platforms (including but not limited to websites, social media, advertising, and future marketing campaigns) without further compensation.

Darts Corner Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any votes deemed fraudulent, inappropriate, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Darts Corner Ltd also reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.

No purchase is necessary to participate in the voting. The competition is organised by Darts Corner Ltd, UK . By voting, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
